Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Jacksonville

I need a senior care provider for our mother and father. Mom is going through chemo treatments and is very fatigued. She will sleep a lot of the day. Dad gets around with a walker but is very weak. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation and someone with eyes on them while family is at work. They won't eat or drink right now without someone setting it in front of them.
