78 Year Old Dementia Patient

My dad has dementia and he can walk and goes to the bathroom on his own in the toilet but still wears a diaper so will need to be checked he's clean, make him some food when he gets hungry, just someone to sit with him and talk with him if he's not asleep on the couch, don't let him go outside by him self. Also I do have 2 dogs but you won't have to deal with them they will be locked up! He does get up set when he gets really confused.
