About who needs care: Stroke. He is mobile but lives alone. Soon his wife will be joining him and there is opportunity to increase to monitor both. He doesnt need much at night. He has fallen frequently and we are afraid of falling if left alone. About the care needs: He jokes a lot. Likes playing dominoes and playing music. He needs someone that can help him to the bathroom and maybe shower. He has dogs but due to fall risk can no longer care for them. Some else does this. He has to get use to his new normal Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
