About the job
Help needed for my loved one in his 70s. He has a Parkinson's diagnosis and is in need of companion care. Looking for a caring and compassionate person that has some caregiving experience. Preferably, (although, not required depending on compatibility), in long term care or hospital setting. Ideal match will help with medication management, light housekeeping, and occasional meal preparation. Would like someone to take him on walks and activities. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Available for weekends and fill-in during the week for current full time caregiver with potentially more hours available. Pay is starting $15 per hour with potential increases depending on need of care.
