About who needs care: My father is diabetic, had a stroke, has a heart condition. He is not mobile. We are looking for someone to help lift/transfer him to a chair for restroom use and help him with a urinal. We are looking for someone to help feed him and take care of his basic needs such as clothing him, help with feeding, and provide meds. About the care needs: Patient, able to lift heavy. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
