Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 60s. We are looking for a female health aide who needs assistance with straightforward dressing changes. It does not require medical training and will not involve any body fluids. Must be female with own transportation. Caregiver must be ok with dogs. pay is 15-20$/visit. Needed 3-4x/week. Times of dressing changes are flexible and will likely include weekends.
