Care Taker (6am To 6pm), Needed For A Male (50 Yrs Old) On 12/19, 12/26, 1/2/25, And 1/3/25.

Pts a 50 yr old male and has a history of severe brain damage who still needs supervision and transportation to his out pt therapy. He is ambulatory, takes his own bath, feeds himself and is continent. He will need assistance with prepping his morning and evening meds, his meals, and also will need transportation to/back to TIRR outpatient therapy at Kirby glen. During the therapy he care taker will need to be by his side for assistance. Reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. Pt would wake up at 6 am, take his shower, take his morning meds and eat breakfast. He would need to leave the house at 9 a.m. for his 10 a.m. therapy appt. He would be completed with therapy around 2 pm, and he normally eats his lunch at a restaurant. He gets home, probably rests a little, and then does his red light therapy at home. Sometimes he eats his dinner around 5:30-6 p.m. He is interested in music, acting and the arts in general. I'm looking for someone who is patient, flexible, and can take him to therapy with ease. To get to our home, I will have to electronically open the parking garage gate for you. There are no pets
