Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Houston

I'm looking for hands-on care for my loved one in their 80s. This position is for a CNA / Personal Care Assistant / Nursing student, caring for an elderly male in his Galleria area home. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday in addition to 1-2 other days during the week. Weekday and weekend hours are somewhat flexible. Provide assistance with daily living activities Deliver individualized personal care Assist with medication and appointment reminders, as well as accompanying patient to appointments Observe, report, and objectively document symptoms and changes in conditions/behaviors as directed by care plans Provide stimulating and encouraging companionship Serve pre-prepared chef items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen,
