My Husband Needs M-F Daily Transportation To And From Doctor Office

My husband is in a wheelchair, and needs transportation to and from a daily treatment in Katy, TX. He is a recent amputee, and uses a wheelchair, but is able to transfer in and out of passenger seat, and his wheelchair folds and is lightweight to fit in trunk or back of SUV. He would need basic assistance getting out of the house (there is a ramp, but he requires someone to push/pull wheelchair), to the car, etc. He has no developmental or communication issues, just needs basic help in and out of house/vehicle, and in/out of vehicle/doctor's office. Doctor's office is 25 minutes from home. His treatments begin at 12 noon, and last for 2 hours. I believe the total time between pickup and drop off back at home should be no more than 4 hours.
