Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Houston

About who needs care: This is temporary. I'm 4 weeks into shoulder surgery recovery. I'm becoming much more independent but still needs some assistance in the home and errands. Must be a competent driver and a woman because I have dressing and showering needs. Most things I can do myself but not everything About the care needs: I need someone who can jump right in. Help me with some showering and dressing, some very basic food prep. Some laundry assistance and tidying up. I can't use my right hand. Anything that can be done with one hand, I'm very capable of. I also need someone to drive me places; sometimes wait for me during an appointment, sometimes go in with me such as grocery shopping. I live in a three-story townhouse, so I need someone who's in decent shape and willing to use my stairs. I would also appreciate flexibility in schedule. Primarily morning, relatively short shifts. 3-4hrs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
