I need LGBT friendly senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Patient has some short term memory challenges.
