Wknd Companion For 81 Yr Old Mother

(Southwest Houston) My brother & I are looking for someone (preferably under the age of 45) to help our 81-year-old mother (Professor for 48 years) on Sat & Sun, for 7 hours/day 1030 a.m. - 5. 30 p.m. (Some flexibility on the start time each day need to have one major meal covered & am/pm medication done). She has moderate dementia which translates to poor short-term memory & sometimes asking the same question over again. No issues with mobility & other day-to-day functions, though she doesn't cook that often anymore. Looking for someone who's energetic, patient, comfy saying no, takes initiative&excited to engage in activities she enjoys getting her out of the house, see friends, garden, do crafts, exercise & keeps her organized with taking meds. She has an assistant M-Fri, & we are hoping the weekend person can act as a backup as needed.
