About who needs care: My dad has dementia and he needs help going to his doctor's appointments I need somebody that can take him go in with him and bring him back. That's it... once a month or as needed. About the care needs: I just want somebody that is kind and caring and is focused on my dad's safety at all times went out with him to the doctors. Services needed include: transportation.
