Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Grapevine

About who needs care: My dad has a terminal brain tumor and is on hospice. He chooses to stay in his home. He is mostly wheelchair bound, but has some mobility. He likes someone who is soft spoken, and does not have preference of male or female, as long as they are able to lift and assist him in and out of bed, chair, vehicles, wheelchair, and also assist him to the restroom. *Must be able to lift / transfer 200 lb. male using a strap. (I am a 160 lb., 5'2" female, and I am able to do it) *Must be willing to cook him healthy meals and maintain clean environment. All supplies will be provided. *Live-In is optional, as there is a spare room that is furnished along with a separate bathroom on the opposite end of the home. *Must be diligent to be a companion for him. He is lonely and is facing his last days, so I want someone who will care for him as I did. *Must not be on the phone unless there is an emergency or he is asleep. We have been having consistent issues with this. You will be paid directly through my dad each week, and will be a 1099 employee, therefore, US Citizenship is required. Background Check and Credentials will be required as well. Serious Applicants Only Please! About the care needs: Personality would be calm, soft spoken and even tempered. He does not like loud noises, and it is quiet at his home most of the time. Someone who is strong / physically fit would be preferable. Someone who has a genuine interest in making the lives of others better each and every moment possible is an ideal candidate. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
