Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Grapevine

About who needs care: My father is having spinal surgery and will need a week or two to recover after during which time his movement will be restricted. As such, we need some one experienced and caring who can help him bathe, change and eat etc. He is a very nice and mild-mannered person so caring should be easy, but he will need physical assistance during this time with his basic routines. About the care needs: Ideally, we would like a female (since my mother will be in the house as well), who has experience in bathing, changing, and attending to an elderly male. In addition, she needs to be able to help him with his rehab movements so he is up and walking within a week or two -- which according to his doctors is anticipated. My mother is not strong enough to carry my father alone and she works as well so someone who is capable of assisting a 5ft 8in and 175 lb man in his regular routine and with rehab would be helpful. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
