About who needs care: My father is 86 and has T2 diabetes, A-Fib and Advanced Macular. My 54-year-old brother is intellectually disabled, and has epilepsy. They live in land with cattle and check the cows every day. Neither my dad nor my brother can drive. The ideal day for these two is to wake up around 9:00 and have a light breakfast. After they take their morning medication, they usually go outside to check the cows and do chores. Typically, they have their big meal between 1-2, then my dad often naps in the afternoon.
