Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Gause

About who needs care: My Mom is a retired LVN that specialized in geriatrics, who has just been recently hospitalized with some serious conditions that were near fatal and she is about to be discharged from the hospital, but she will need help with basic things, as she is not doing much for herself during her recovery. She is was treated for Sepsis caused by a UTI, Pneumonia, complications after liver cirrosis where she had to undergo abdominal drain procedures and more. About the care needs: help from sitting to standing (medical equipment such as a walker and a wheelchair will be provided for help), laying to sitting to standing, and vise versa, help with basic living needs like using the bathroom, bathing. dressing etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
