I am looking for a fun, caring person to be a companion for my aunt who lives in Galveston. She has late on-set Dementia, so experience & an understanding of Dementia is essential. She is generally amazing and does NOT need help cooking, dressing or bathing. However, she cannot go outside without a companion, so she needs someone to drive her to appointments and shopping, take her on outings and out for coffee or for walks to see the ocean. My aunt also likes to regularly visit the cats. She also needs to be reminded to take her daily medication. The schedule (days & times) has been Mon 1 hr, Wed 2hr, Fri 2hrs and Sat 1 hr. The days and time of day are not set - they can be discussed to suit you and my aunt, (Basically 6-9 hrs/week).
