Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Frisco

I have an adult (19 years boy) autistic son. He takes medication for sensory issues but other than that, does not really have medical issues, mostly requires help with bathing, changing and preparing meals. He lives with his mom who has kidney problems and is re-starting dialysis. Kid needs help around the house while mom goes to dialysis sessions, some help/care for both of them, mostly with care of boy and with house chores. The mom is not bed-bound or anything so really need help with the son. He's a sweet kid. Mom speaks mainly Spanish and prefers a female only who can speak Spanish. About the care needs: Patient and caring. Preferably someone who has worked with special needs before. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
