About who needs care: My father is unable to move out of his recliner bed. He fell last week and has a brain bleed on both sides of his skull. He can talk a little but is incapable of moving to use the restroom. I need someone to change him once a day and wash his face and comb his hair. He has eaten very little and weighed in the hospital 123 pounds. He is 6' 2" tall. He lives with my mother, and it is difficult for her to manage his care. About the care needs: A caring, kind personality is a must. Since he is not eating, he probably only needs to be changed once a day, in the afternoon. He has a supra pubic catheter that home health usually comes out once a month to change. If the person could empty his bladder bag, that would be helpful as well. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
