Seeking Senior Care Provider In Fort Worth

I am in need of an experienced senior care provider for my father. He was hospitalized following a heart procedure last month and has been discharged from skilled nursing. He is lightly ambulatory but in need of multiple check-ins per day, especially around mealtimes. Hours are flexible and salary negotiable based on experience. Duties may include meal prep, assistance dressing, medication reminders, shopping and occasional transportation. Housekeeper already comes weekly but light housekeeping may be necessary. Any experience with physical therapy or nursing is a plus.
