Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Fort Worth

About who needs care: She is on hospice in the later stages of COPD. She likes to watch TV and on good days walk around the house but not without assistance. She has hearing loss from high flow oxygen and the TV is very loud. She in on 24/7 oxygen. She will need to be fed lunch at noon and snakes throughout the day. She needs assistance getting in the bathroom from her wheelchair and on and off the toilet and handed wipes if needed. She is very unsteady on her feet and has sleepy days or wide awake days. She is good natured and likes to talk. We do have one large and one small inside dogs and they are very friendly so the person will need to be good being around dogs. They will need to be let out through out the day. If possible the same person each Saturday would be great. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and likes to let someone talk about nothing. She will ask question about the show and will loose track of the plot and love for someone to explain what is going on if she is confused. Mom is very friendly but gets confused and will ask the same questions. This person will need to like dogs and does not mind a treat greedy little one. They are her babies as well as ours. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
