Need Loving Care Giver For Injured Elderly Bother

My brother has never been married. He's 76 years old and he was severely injured by a car wreck on February 3 and since his surgery, he has lost some memory problems. He is not even allowed to put pressure on his leg so therefore he cannot walk at this point so he has had to wear diapers and he needs someone who can change his clothes and clean him up and sponge bathe him, help him brush his teeth, etc. sometimes he has trouble with his bladder and has had to have a catheter put in and I needed someone to be able to empty his bag right now. They have removed the catheter so he just needs diaper changes. Also to be able to get him out of the bed and onto a wheelchair to sit in the living room, sometimes. he does not weigh a lot because he's lost so much weight since the accident, but he never weighed that much anyway . I am his older sister in my 80's and elderly myself and have to walk with a cane so I can't do anything to help my brother. He will start being able to get some type of physical therapy next month hopefully if the orthopedic doctor says that his surgery has healed, but he has suffered from severe muscle atrophy from not having any activity since February. I will be in the house, but I can't really help that much except to explain things. I need people to give him a bath help him get to bed give him his vitamins fix dinner for him. Something simple just spend time with him so he's not alone in that back bedroom and bring him into the living room but also just try to have conversation with him to help his memory come back.
