Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In El Paso

I'm looking for a Spanish speaker to provide hands-on care for my mother who is 84 years old. She needs assistance with medications, light tidying up, meal preparation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Other responsibilities include assisting my mother in transitioning from place to place within her home. We're looking for someone to provide compassionate care and companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My mother can walk slowly, using a walker and under close supervision. She has a small dog named Leroy that she loves having with her as much as possible. My mother may request assistance with things such as light plant watering, help arranging her clothes in her closet, and help finding television programs. My mother likes people and tries to be cooperative with care providers.
