About who needs care: Assisting with meals, daily ADLs, bathing, dressing. Patient has terminal cancer, meals are all liquid based as initial cancer and chemo was done orally which had effected his ability to swallow. Very weak still able to walk with the assistance of a walker. About the care needs: Spanish speaking. Because of the oral cancer, he doesn't speak much, Most of his day is spent moving from the kitchen to the living room, watching tv, and assisting to the bathroom Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
