Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Deer Park

About who needs care: He sleeps most of the day. He has Alzheimer. Hospice comes daily to sponge bath. Nurse visits once a week. we need someone to help care for him while we are not home About the care needs: he needs help walking, standing up, used to use a walker, but is very weak. he cant make it to restroom usually so we now have a portable in his room. He can eat on his own, but cant make the meal. I will have meals made that need to be heated up or sandwiches pre made Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
