About who needs care: Post surgical care. Transition from rehab hospital to home. We have a blend of companion caregivers throughout the day, but need medical care for overnight. About the care needs: Physically fit to help with lifting and/or bathing Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
