She needs help getting to and from doctor's appointments and reminders to take her daily medication. She also needs assistance with errands, managing daily activities, ensuring she has food, and providing companionship. Light housekeeping and help organizing paperwork and personal items would be beneficial. My mother is sweet but eccentric and struggles with paranoia, often carrying belongings out of fear they'll be taken. . The ideal caregiver is patient, positive, and understanding.
