Seeking Flexible/Back Up Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider with experience. We have a full time caregiver but need someone who can be a backup if she has to cancel and come on Saturdays and Sundays or general emergencies. So this could Look like once a week if there is a cancellation and at least one weekend day. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Companionship. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion.
