About the job
About who needs care: Memory issues. She can't drive anymore and I feel she is getting cabin fever. I am busy with work and my daughter. We do live with her and do all the cooking and I run all the errands but I don't have time to take her on errands or do things like get her nails done or hair cut. I think she would feel more independent if she had someone once a week to run errands with. Also, I would like someone for more care time if we go out of town. That type of thing About the care needs: My mom is very outgoing. She gets along with everyone. She is very chatty. So maybe someone who likes to small talk and is pleasant to be around. We had a nurse before but we got rid of her as she was too pushy and didn't dress appropriately. My mom was embarrassed to run errands with her. We are not ultra conservative people. It was a bit extreme. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
