About the job
We are looking for an awesome caregiver with dementia experience to take care of our father overnight in North Dallas. Three 12-hour shifts, 10pm-10 a.m. Saturday-Monday nights. He needs help at various times during the night, mainly redirecting back to bed. Also help needed with showering and dressing in the mornings. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We are looking for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. We have a zero-drug policy and test at the beginning of the job and randomly after that. A love of sports a plus, because our Dad loves to share sports stories! Our Mother can do all ADLs at this time. You'll be joining a great staff of caregivers, taking the night shift allows them to sleep but you'll have help if an emergency arises.
