About who needs care: He has recently been diagnosed with metastatic cancer in his liver, spine, lung and lymph nodes. He is on some powerful medications for pain, on oxygen now and is unable to stand long enough to cook, clean or do laundry, change sheets, etc. he usually watches sports or conservative news outlets. He also loved to shoot guns and talk about hunting. About the care needs: Possibly some discussion of sports and hunting. This person should be able to assist or be available in case of a fall in the shower, encourage and assist in walking in the house with a walker. Be able to assist clean up because he is losing the ability to control his bowels and bladder but hoping it gets better. That just started after spending a week in ICU with a catheter. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
