About the care needs: Assistance with implementing his list of daily tasks assigned by his PT, OT, and speech therapist to further his recovery efforts o ensuring he is completing his daily tasks o watching him closely during exercises to ensure he doesn't fall or hurt himself o assistance getting on and off of his stationary bike o accompany him on walks down the street, or to and from the mailbox Reminder services (medications, dates, appointments, routines) Meal planning and preparation Help with light shopping & errands Light cleaning and household tasks (checking mail, laundry, dishes, taking out trash, sweeping/vacuuming, dusting)--these are all tasks that Grant used to complete regularly prior to the injury Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
