Hands-on Care Needed For My Father-in-law In Corpus Christi

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Recent surgery so we are not sure yet what times would work out best for their needs exactly
