Overnight Sitter Needed For Moderate Dementia Mother

My mother recently had several bad falls so we are bringing her to our home starting Thur 3/13. The falls caused severe pain and some mobility issues to become worse. Now she is semi-bedbound. She needs someone with her essentially at all times. I'm fulfilling that role during the day, but we are looking to find some people to fill in overnight. This is primarily to focus on overnight sitting where she can use some compassion, watch some TV at end of night, get her settled and lights out, assistance getting up to use the bathroom, back into bed and comfortably sleeping through the night. She weighs 120 lb and isn't large but moving her around may require some effort. We hope her mobility will improve with some rest & recuperation. Hours I'm thinking are approximately 9p-9a, but we can adjust that around depending on what works.
