Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Conroe

I'm looking for hands-on care for my 50-year-old sister, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. She transfers from a wheelchair to her hospital bed via a hoyer lift. She wears diapers and is tube-fed. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion to share fun times with her, such as arts and crafts, game playing, walks during mild weather, baking, etc. Caregiver must be a non-smoker, have their own transportation, and is comfortable with pets. We have a very well-behaved dog. Work shifts are flexible, in that if you could pick up a few of the shifts, but not all, we can work with that. Saturdays and Sundays can be split into 2 different shifts (early and later) each day, too. We start at $18/hour and go to $19/hour after one month.
