About who needs care: Mom is 87. She has Parkinson's. She has trouble walking but can. She is slow with tasks. Its hard for her to get dressed in the mornings and evenings for bed. She has trouble remembering to take her meds. She loves puzzles, dominoes and watching baseball. She enjoys sitting outside when the weather permits. She does have a walker that she uses. Our dad is in the home as well. He has late stage dementia. About the care needs: Would like a female who is patient and kind. She needs to assertive and willing to help guide mom as she does tasks. She has trouble making decisions so she doesn't need a lot of choices. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
