Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Clifton

About who needs care: My grandma has recently been unable to use her right leg, making her fully dependent on others to prepare food, move her to the bathroom, and aid her in daily cares. Before 3 months ago she was fully independent, living alone. This has been a hard transition for her and she is fully supported by my family and taken care of by my cousin. We need care on Wednesdays when my cousin is in class all day. My grandma is a wonderful person who hates to ask for help and holds out hope that she will regain her physical function and independence one day. Looking for someone who can help move her (with use of a gait belt) to the restroom when needed, make sure she eats lunch, and is welcoming to needs she may have. About the care needs: Someone who is understanding and kind. My grandma has been independently living until about 3 months ago. She doesnt like to ask for help but needs it occasionally. Ideal caregiver has physical ability to help move her (about 130lbs) with use of a gait belt and wheelchair. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
