About the job
I'm looking for someone to help assist my elderly grandma with tasks for my elderly grandpa. She is older than him and shouldn't be handling his tasks but is reluctant to hire help. Schedule will not be full time at first but could transition to that if she enjoys the help. A (paid) trial run would probably be the first step. He has a stroke and his condition just gets worse. His bedroom is 3rd floor and he can't leave the bed and she doesn't need to be going up and down the stairs that much. References appreciate Hes bedridden and has lots of medication/needs since he can't get up. No crazy medical devices or experience w/ that required
