Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Austin

About who needs care: I am my mother's caregiver. The care we're looking for is for my mother (83) and for myself (49) because I'm having a surgery 2/28 and might need help taking care of myself and/or my mother. About the care needs: An ideal caregiver would be able to prepare food, which is simple because we usually eat frozen entrees. They should respect that my mother and I are introverts and wouldn't want any/much socializing. If one of us spilled or dropped and broke something, we would need the person to be able to clean up the mess. If one of us needed help but we can't make a phone call for some reason, that would be needed. My mother has balance problems and uses a walker. Although she uses a walker and rarely falls, a person trained to lift a lightweight person up safely, that would be a bonus (but not a necessity). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
