Dementia Care Companion PRN

Need a PRN worker to sub for caregivers Most frequent PRN shifts are weekdays. Medical professional for dementia care for 78 yo female. We are open to any female / male candidate who will: * Available weekly to SUB/work PRN for shifts 7 days a week * Have a positive attitude and flexibility * Communicate in verbal and written English to coordinate coverage of duties * Advocate for her with staff for med timing and BG checks * Accompany to meals/communicate w dining staff to ensure diabetic meals. * Select appropriate activities * Occasionally drive to appointments (mileage reimbursement available) * Provide conversation, social engagement * Use an app and a time sheet to log your hours * Be a part of a group text regarding care coordination Thank you!
