Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Austin

I have Multiple Sclerosis and am in a wheelchair. I have spasticity in myl legs. I'm looking for assistance transferring from my wheelchair to my bathtub bench using a transfer board. Once there, I need help lifting my legs into the bathtub and help taking my sneakers off.. I can bathe myself. When finished, I need help putting on my sneakers, moving my legs out of the tub, and using the transfer board to return to my wheelchair. I'm in my 50s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
