Hands-on Care Needed For Myself

About who needs care: I am ambulatory yet have many physical problems, and chronic stress. I was a research scientist and that has fueled my interests in trying to improve my physical condition. I love gardening. I'm pretty laid back and I mainly need somebody to walk with me a few days a week, provide a little light housework help for things that I avoid doing due to my injuries, and help with errands mostly near my house. About the care needs: I'd like somebody who is also relatively laid back yet task-oriented. I'd like somebody with whom I could get some social time. It'd be nice to have somebody with *some similar interests and background. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
