We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Provider to assist with the daily care of a senior individual. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in caregiving, specifically with medication prompting, as well as the ability to manage and administer medications as required. The primary focus of this role includes ensuring that the individual receives proper nutrition and takes their prescribed medications for her high blood pressure and diabetes. Observe and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental condition. Communicate with family members or healthcare providers as necessary.
