About who needs care: My dad has moderate Alzheimer's. He needs help with personal care (bathing/dressing); otherwise he just needs supervision. My mom is mostly self-sufficient but can't keep a schedule. We need help with meal planning & preparation, keeping kitchen and dining area clean, walking & keeping them safe & active. Laundry & light cleaning a plus. About the care needs: The caregiver must speak Spanish as my dad is not bilingual. He/She must be patient and kind, and enjoy working with elderly adults. Physically they don't need assistance. Must be willing to do light house work, especially around meals and kitchen. Going for walks and doing activities such as journaling, coloring, art would be a plus. Services needed include: meal planning & preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and bathing / dressing.
