About who needs care: Husband, 68 with Parkinson's. Still independent, but needs someone to drive a few days a week to exercise class, occasional Dr. appointment & lunch out. I still work full time. He is extremely friendly & pleasant. May need some help in walking small dog and a few household things as needed. About the care needs: Some basic understanding of Parkinson's & elder care would be helpful. A good sense of humor and some one who enjoys being with him would be great. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
