Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Athens

About who needs care: She has high blood pressure, and has starting kind of reliving the past about my dad to be specific. She loves to play dominoes, cards and watch westerns. Mainly her day consist of her morning coffee and medication with a lite breakfast. I come in at lunch time then there are most afternoons after work I go back to check on her or fix something for her. She is not a high maintenance person, I'm just concerned with her falling I feel she needs more exercises to build her strength back. I don't want her to cook meals for fear she might leave something on that would burn. I just need some ideals and possibly some help. About the care needs: Someone who has a lot of patience with the hearing impaired, She's just hard of hearing not deaf. Cards and dominoes, some lite meal preps for her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
