Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Arlington

About who needs care: 79-year-old with Parkinson's and mobility issues. Mentally alert but hearing impaired and introverted but kind. History of stroke so left hand is not as functional. We can use mostly help with self-care - dressing and showering, companionship and motivating with basic in-home exercises. About the care needs: Ideally, someone that is kind but motivating/encouraging. A plus would be fitness oriented that would encourage her to go on walks and get out of the house with a walker/rollator. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
