Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Arlington

Help needed for my father in his 70s - seeking full-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. We're looking for someone to provide care at night with a patient who is mainly bed-bound and needing total assistance in all activities of daily living. The patient has Left sided paralysis and will need help with log rolling at least every 1 hour, assistance with oxygen and ventilator machine during sleep and any toiletry needs in the middle of the night. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Thanks for your consideration.
