Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Arlington

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father who is 103 years old. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping in my dad's room. Assistance with bathing/sponge bath is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include heating meals and serving. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Dad was a golfer and enjoys talking about his incredible skills. He enjoys his independence but is realizing that he needs some assistance with dressing and other small tasks. He also enjoys interesting conversation and sitting on the porch watching the neighbors walk by.
